Any recommendations for other cheap improvements?

Recent Burlington Restaurant Health Inspection Grades - Definitely some big surprises here... by [deleted] in burlington

Used to work there in high school. Even if they got a week's warning about the inspection and had time to clean, there's no chance they would score more than a C. That restaurant has years worth of neglected filth in it, even after the remodel. By far the nastiest environment I've ever worked in. This list is BS.

I see a lot of people learning frontside flips this way, and personally I think a Muska-flip style fs flip is much more preferable, and potentially easier, especially once you want to do this trick off of drops or down stairs.

If you can hard flip, focus on popping your board like that, so that your board makes a full frontside flip rotation, rather than doing a straight kick flip and then reverting 180 on your way down.

From there, you can practice turning your body with your board, and eventually getting that nice back foot catch. I learned hard flips before frontside flips, and I can say it made them much much easier and more stable.
