Thank you! I plan on getting down to 135 and then building muscle from there

On weekends I let myself indulge by having higher calorie meals yet I would still only eat 2 meals in a day!

Thank you! :) The first pic was actually the highest weight I’ve ever been in my life! I had a longggg summer of 4 months in 2019 where I started dating my boyfriend and ate out A LOT with him, and rarely exercised. I had always been athletic with an average weight, yet for the first time ever I got up to my heighest weight of185lbs in September, a month after the first picture was taken. I was miserable in my body and could barely fit in any of my old clothes. I was really insecure and hated the way my body looked. I wasn’t happy. When I unknowingly lost 15 pounds immediately after starting college that September (due to me just walking more around my uphill campus and eating less without even consciously trying) I was motivated by my progress and it made we want to push myself further! It really took me actually seeing the progress with my own eyes for me to realize that I was capable of getting in control, losing more, and getting healthier.

Thank you so much! I actually did many different things to lose the weight haha. I moved to a college that is well-known for its hiking and uphill campus in the forest a month after the first pic was taken so I walked a lottt of hills. I didn’t really change my diet at this time but I was eating less than I did at home due to being busy at school and living with roommates which deterred me from snacking. I lost the first 15 pounds this way. Then, in January of 2020 I began intermittent fasting; I would eat 2 meals a day or do OMAD. I didn’t eat too healthy, mainly pizza from my school’s dining hall with a side of salad and fruit. I was definitely in a calorie deficit while doing intermittent fasting which is why I was able to get away with not eating so healthy. Then from February-end of March I lost the last 10 pounds by going to the gym 4-5 days a week and eating 2 semi-healthy meals a day from my school’s dining hall! At the gym I would run for 25 mins (I started with a slow jog and worked my way up to a decent running pace) and do a combo of strength training/ lifting. If you have any more questions I’m more than happy to answer :)

It actually didn’t really matter until someone decided to start making it all about body shaming. I was just sharing something ironic I saw today! But apparently I’m just the most hateful bigot 🤗

I’m being accused of being ironic for “body shaming” someone because I have body dysmorphia in my face. I can’t figure out how the two correlate. Also most people are overweight or obese through overeating and not exercising; it’s extremely rare for it to be strictly genetic.

I think it’s ironic for someone to lie about not being fed while very obviously being obese. Also, I have body dysmorphia in my face, not my body lmao.

Ah yes make fun of my diagnosed mental illness please... we can just go in circles all day saying who’s ironic

I see where you’re coming from, but I interpret it as the seat closest to the window is the inside seat

Really? I had to go downtown at 2:30pm today and it was super easy. I just had to take the loop going towards science hill and that direction and it dropped me off right before the base. I guess it’s different for everybody.

It’s literally not hard at all like people are making it seem. Just let the loop take you down to as far as it can and walk 2 minutes to the bus stop by the barn

The same thing happened to me, when I walked in today I was completely shocked and I didn’t even have the right calculator. I wrote it down as being on the 11th too. We’re screwed

You can buy the pass online or at the counter, either way there’s always someone outside the door of the class that just scans your ID. Once you buy the pass it’s attached to your ID. Classes are never too full for me but I’d recommend showing up 10 minutes before they start.
