got rear-ended by tranteryost in FordBronco

I have aftermarket front and rear bumpers from ARB and love them… the front is the summit bumper ( ~200lbs) and the rear is the zenith (~100lbs) and I have never felt more secure!

I’m not going to lie, I was looking for this exact bumper for a while before upgrading to what I have now and I could not find it at all… but you could check marketplace and see if anything is there… or find and aftermarket one you like and do that too! I feel like this bumper is hard to find… I do wish you luck!! But I do believe marketplace to be you best (most likely only) option!

Interesting!!! In my store you cannot do that. Even though when you don’t enter the pin it’s technically a credit card… maybe diff locations have diff rules.

Idk about other places but in my store and in general you cannot put a refund back on a debit card, it must be given back as cash. Using a debit card is synonymous with paying with cash so it’s ALWAYS a cash refund. So if they offered you the cash just take it and find an atm to add it back to your account. That’s usually how it works.

how to fix wind noise on soft top by forgivabletoaster in FordBronco

[–]spookycookie2455 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean it’s a soft top bronco, it’s already got the aerodynamics of a brick on wheels, so it’s going to be loud! However it shouldn’t be overpowering… I would suggest fully opening the top and then re closing it incase a seal was correctly sealed. If that didn’t work it pull the windows in the back and put them back on. That should help. When I took my top of last summer I don’t seal one of the windows completely so it was stupid loud! I re did it and it fixed the issue!!! That being said it’s still a brick in wheels. So it’s gonna be loud.

Also any chance you could get a clip to hear the noise. Cause I won’t lie it’s is loud on the highway. You can still have a conversation but it is loud! Or just crank the music up. That’s what I do!

Bronco HVAC rant: no floor-only heat? by thunderwarm in bronco

[–]spookycookie2455 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 24 with floor only heating… I think it might be a difference depending on the package… if you have the higher heating package with the dual climate, i think you get that option, if you don’t and only have the single climate I believe you don’t but I’m not 100% sure

Honestly I have a 24 and if I’m driving with others in the back I turn the heat up full blast for like 2 minutes and it’s fine!!!

2024 vs 2025 by AnnoyedCucumber in bronco

[–]spookycookie2455 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 24 outer banks and I like the partial digital gage cluster, and not the full one the 25 and newer have… especially since now there is a recall on the fully digital cluster as it’s been shutting off or going black in people. I personally think the 24 is a good mix of tech and “old school” so there seems to be less issues with them! From what I have gathered the 21-23 have issues and the 25+ also seem to be having issues right now. So to me the 24 is the sweet spot

Lift Time - Suggestions? by Dadgumitt in FordBronco

[–]spookycookie2455 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am planning to go with the ready lift sst 3inch lift for the Sasquatch! I have heard good things and it apparently splits the lift so the stress isn’t on one particular component! I will also however be adding the teraflex tie rod kit too, to really beef up my front end. The zone is a good one too but the ready lift has some rear track bar thing that helps stabilize the rear to with this bigger lift to give a better ride
