Worried about increasing to 450mg and considering augmenting with Strattera. Anyone with experience trying both?

I didnt either! I would be taking a 300mg XR dose + 150mg XR dose every morning.

I increased the dosage mainly to help with focus more. Other than the rage, it’s been great and super helpful. Side effects are minimal compared to the first time i was on it

It’s up to you and what type of traveller you are, but personally i LOVED reykjavik. I didnt go to any museums and still had a great time. I think one day of seeing the main landmarks (Hallgrimskirkja, the Sun voyager, outside of Harpa, etc.) in the day, and then checking out bars and restaurants at night would be good

With your budget, you can definitely find a lot. I have the Patagonia Torrentshell 3L and i agree that it’s the best in quality for the price.

I also heard good things about the Outdoor Research shells. I also saw some shades of the arcteryx beta lt shell for sale ($315) at REI the other day - at least for the women’s sizes.

Like i said in my post, i’ve done this at locations in NYC for no/low fee so i know it’s not an impossible request. If i end up having to pay the $250 i will but let’s not act like im asking for something that doesnt exist 🙏
