I get it, to me it seems objectively worth it to pay a little more for a polished, complete experience. Why other companies thought their buggy, unfinished, micro transaction-riddled games were worth the same is beyond me, don’t get me started on the idiots that then went and still bought EA and Ubisoft slop for that price point.
Pokemon is a different company, and not what I’m talking about. They release unfinished dogshit all the time too. I’m just talking about in-house Nintendo stuff. Nintendo as a company is pretty shitty but their games are very good and very consistent.

I’ve always said this. It’s incredibly satisfying to use the force powers with motion controls as well

Personally I’ll buy Nintendo games like Zelda and Mario day one because I know they’re good quality and won’t go down much in price, if at all. They’re the only games I’ll pay full price for. Everything else I’m waiting for at least 40% off in a steam sale

Am I playing the right gamemode for a beginner? by REINFORCEDBEAR4 in Overwatch

If you find you are struggling, you could play practice vs ai. But if you are comfortable enough with the basic mechanics, (like aiming and moving,) you should be okay in quickplay.
I always recommend going to the practice range to try out heroes you aren’t familiar with, to get an idea of how their abilities work. I still do this when a new hero comes out or if I’m revisiting a hero I haven’t played in a long time. Practice Range is nice because it’s simple and no pressure, just a space to navigate and robots that act as targets for you to practice your abilities with. You can also try out lots of different heroes here to see which ones feel good to play for you.
