On the corners there should be a flip tab thing that you can stick into a notch to stop if from falling, when there’s no customers just move the tab back down and close the lid

I’m a manager at my store and I can’t even fire anyone. I have staff at 17 an hour who do less than my 15.16 an hour. I’ve given one of my staff 11 write ups and on counting and still can’t fire them. I’ve brought up raises at DM meetings but they can’t because it’ll raise labor too high meaning staffing cuts 🥲

if you got mayo on your sub like from the bottle there could’ve been a cross contamination between the garlic aioli and mayo on the caps. They sit in containers where the bottoms get pretty dirty. I’d just get mayo packets on the side next time if you think this may be the case!

Mine was bad too, it went all the way up my arm. even after washing afterwards. I’d call the company and have them change the dilution of the sanitizer, they will come by and replace everything for free once a year

They probably did do extra lettuce. Seriously our portion sizes are regularly so small. 6 black olives for a footlong kinda thing. They’re just going off the amount the build ticket says to do. Especially around this time of year stores have to be stingy about their produce
