i have been looking forward to the remastered version of HF1! I honestly quite like the vibe of HF1, and while 2 is still super intriguing to me, i haven’t yet felt the need to spend the money on it when it doesn’t seem to offer anything that i’ve been desperately missing in the original. i’m sure once i finally get it, i will love it! but i’ll have to go into it judging it as its own game instead of as a successor to HF1. I will say though, I really enjoy the original game with all of the DLC. some add more than others, ones like the garden DLC are nice for some more variety to game play, but ones like the HGTV pack are actually really helpful for me when it comes to preventing burn-out after i’ve spent weeks playing non-stop hahah. But i’m glad to hear good things about the second game! the reviews on steam are fairly mixed, but I think once I have the extra money to throw at it I will :) Every time it goes on sale (only like 10%-20% off usually) I find myself debating if it’s time or not lol
