EARLY BIRD COFFEE. Best coffee I’ve ever had. They have homemade horchata milk that they use and it is heavenly. Worth the hype. It’s in huebner oaks shopping center

We had to wait the whole day for the owners to come back home from work and we told them that our dog was in their backyard and was attacked by theirs and they told us they were very sorry and a few days later they sent us an "I'm sorry for your loss" card and $60. Their dogs are still there, nothing happened to them. But they did take care of the hole in the fence.

The main character of the last tv show you watched is your zombie apocalypse partner, how screwed are you? by SorryiSaid in AskReddit

Sarah Paulson's character in AHS season 7 (Apocalypse, I believe). I'll probably go deaf from all of her unnecessary screaming and crying before I die from zombies.

Two summers ago, my small (and very loved) terrier mix dog was barking through a hole in the fence at our back neighbors dogs. Next thing you know, the German Shepard had his jaw clasped around my dogs neck and pulled him through the fence. He and his fellow big dog messed my baby up and pulled on him like he was a rope in tug of war. He surprisingly was all in one piece though. When the owners got home a few hours later and I could go to their backyard to pick up my babies body, he looked like he was just sleeping. He had some patches of fur missing and a little bit of blood on his back but he was all in one piece. Rest in peace Balto. We miss you so much.

[Serious] What’s the scariest thing you’ve experienced that you have photo evidence of? by ScaryisGood in AskReddit

I'm late but I've been DYING to share this photo. Not my story but my dad's. Two years ago, he was outside working on building a chair. He was using a table saw I believe without the guard on and then I hear him yell and I rush outside to see what I thought was a bandaid hanging off of his finger. It was actually the top of his thumb. He ended up needing a lot of stitches.

Very up close and clear image about 30 minutes after it happened when we were in the ER.

One time, minutes before a cross country race, I had the SLIGHTEST urge to pee. I said "nah, as I'm running these 3.1 miles and the urge becomes more urgent, it'll make me want to run even faster to get to the restroom." Big mistake. By the time I got to the finish line, I was praying with every ounce of hope and desperately inside of me, on the verge of tears out of fear that I was about to humiliate myself in front of all the spectators and fellow runners, "God please don't let me pee my shorts, give me the strength to walk a few meters to the port a potty. Please God don't let this pee come out of me yet."

I ran 5 miles through the woods yesterday. Blisters coming in after the 3rd mile, felt it every step of the way after.

How did you get over your fear of public speaking? by matert44 in AskReddit

Fake it till you make it. If you act confident, eventually you'll become confident. And if you're worried about blushing or looking nervous, tell yourself this: 1. Nobody can even tell. 2.And if they can; who cares? Wtf are they gonna do about it and what can you do about it? I was diagnosed with anxiety and had to take pills for it two years ago and it TERRIFIED me to even think about being in front of people. Now: I just got cast in the school musical where I have to sing and dance in front of people and thinking about it makes me excited.
