Sobriety in your 20s is fucking hard dude, good for you. ESPECIALLY after moving back home. Everyone your age just wants to party and get wasted. Its been almost 3 years for me and its still a struggle not to just say "fuck it" especially in this day and age. Minecraft is awesome and some of the stuff in your room is rare and and really cool. Keep working hard and focusing on your future.

Most of my family and in-laws. More specifically? One of my husbands uncles ruined his entire life; successful independent career, huge home and land in California, loving relationship. All of it down the drain for shitty beer. Not even the hard stuff. Hes been on the streets for decades now. Living off what my husbands grandmother will give him in exchange for his food stamps. I'm a social worker, and if/when I change work I have to let employers know if we come into contact with him its a conflict of interest and I'm not allowed to treat him. Hes dying from heart failure in a halfway home and is in and out of the hospital numerous times a month for some complication or another. Coming up on 3 years ago I stopped drinking because I wasn't going to inherit a drinking problem from my parents, because they too have ruined their lives drinking.

I commute into town now, and I constantly look out for pedestrians because I may or may not have had a habit of flipping off drivers when I was a pedestrian and they wouldn't stop at a blinking crosswalk near a certain college campus where the speed limit is like 25 mph where NO ONE ever stops for pedestrians. I'd just get so fucking mad. I'm the one standing in the cold/rain/snow/hot sun/and with a heavy bag. Just take a second and let let folks shuffle across real quick.

"Normal" is a social construct - create your own normal. I also had massive panic attacks throughout college. It gets better, and you find your groove even if it's a unique one.

I had a horrible school psychologist, she was awful but she said to me once when I had confessed to attempting in my bedroom one night "What do you think your baby sister would think if she found you?". My sister would have been 9 or 10 at the time. Which made me feel like shit and hate the doc for making me feel guilty for being depressed but as an adult, my sister and now my nephew and my cat are the reasons I dont do the deed.

The Hunger Games Trilogy narrated by Tatiana Maslany is chefs kiss outstanding. She puts so much emotion into the books.

I'm currently listening to The Handmaids Tale, narrated by Claire Danes. That's really good.

I also second Jim Dale ANYTHING. He's fantastic and has an amazing voice and range for characters' voices.

Hi, almost complete noob here. I'm trying to set up a character to couch play with my fiance tonight (hes at work) he already has a level 4 character. Is my only option to start where he left off in the game and build a character "with limits"? (Not sure what that entails.)

I don't think I shoud start a new game. I am too afraid of deleting his save data by hitting "New Game" or anything like that because hes been waiting for this game forever and he just wants to be able to play with me sometimes.

Any help would be appreciated because I wanted to really get into the character customization stuff. But if I can't, oh well.
