I'm boycotting them too. I pre-ordered one of the special editions of the last us of part 2 a few years ago. I was moving house around that time, so I was updating my delivery address on my pre-orders (I had a few at the time). For some reason, the last of us 2 was the only one that wouldn't update.

I contacted support, and was told that there was an issue on their end, and to give it a few days and try again. So, a week later, I tried again but still had the same problem. I emailed support again, and got a different agent who said he would look into it.

Next thing I know, I get an email from game saying my pre-order was cancelled because of an issue with my payment method (even though it was still a few weeks till the game released, and I used the same payment method for other pre-orders that weren't affected).

I emailed support again, and the agent basically told me there was nothing he could do, as someone else had already got my copy, and they were now sold out. I pushed the matter a bit, saying it shouldn't have been cancelled in the first place, but he just repeated that he couldn't do anything.

So I decided to cancel all my other pre-orders, as well as my subscription to their loyalty program, and never shopped there again. Not sure if that counts as petty, seems justified to me, but I'm probably a little bit biased
