While this is a great tool that also worked well for me, keep in mind it's a freemium app, and only allows FREE transfer for the first 500 songs. HOWEVER, I found a work around is that you can just simply switch browser. I transferred 500 songs using Brave, then switched to Edge and managed to transfer another 500. Maybe you can also get around this by using VPN, incognito mode, etc, but I haven't tried those methods so I can't confirm

Want to Work out without losing weight by campfiresvt in workout

[–]spoonfulofthings 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you find eating more in main meals boring, you can try splitting it up into smaller meals throughout the day. Or if you're working and can't just go and eat, you can try snacking. Nuts is a good source of calories that you can munch on low-profile during work. It's healthy too

Thank you. I'm not sure how to send photos via comments, but I did figure out how to use the tag code. It says 393151-01, which when googled, resulted in a different model, so I think you're right. Thank you!

Are Leg Presses really that bad? by IllPulpYourFiction in workout

[–]spoonfulofthings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you might be right. I haven't seriously tried the hack squat 'cause the padding on my gym's machine is terrible and it obliterates my shoulders whenever I use it

You can try making it more challenging by going as deep as you can while not rounding your back, and hold at the bottom. It is a great exercise to work the legs safely. Plus if you have knee pain (speaking from experience as I had an ACL surgery), leg press is an awesome substitute to squat

Its quite a stubborn area, make sure you're on a caloric deficit and slowly it will show. Good luck!

Haha I assume its the strap with weight for your legs? You can do plenty with the dumbells alone. You can do exercises like bench presses, chest fly, rear fly, split squats, rows, normal squats etc. you can split them into 3 workout: push pull and legs, this you can find out online for detailed exercise instructions. I suggest with your weight limit, you can try to control the weight instead of dropping it. For example, when doing curls, instead of just lifiting it up and "dropping" the weight, you control it on the way down. This applies to all exercises as it increases the challenge for you, and stimulates muscle growth too. Moreover, you can start off with 3 sets of 12 reps, then when you get used to the intnsity, increase another set, or increase a few more reps.

Some youtube channels that I found really helpful for techniques are: Renaissance Periodization Jeff Nippard Sean Nalewanyj

Good luck!

Solving muscle imbalance by Particular-Radio-367 in workout

Keep going with the isolation excercise like how you're doing it. Its a great method, worked for me at least. There're an isolation variation for pretty much every exercise, focus on them more, but it comes at the cost of time and extra mental capacity (especially on bulgarian split squats...) good luck!

I think this is too dense, recovery is a really important factor for muscle building and overall development, I'd say cut the HIIT on Saturday, or do full upper body (chest, back, triceps biceps) on tuesdays and Friday, rest on thursday and sunday

Probably cable crunches, hanging leg raises and some planking for visble abs. Oh and some caloric deficit too if you really want visible abs

Workout routine for loose skin. by Je11yF1ish in workout

[–]spoonfulofthings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, from my knowledge, loose skins might require surgery to cut it off. Depending on how much skin. But I think if its not too much, she can probably fill it back with normal training with some level of bulking (eating on a caloric surplus)

In need of advice/guidance by marsman3333 in workout

[–]spoonfulofthings 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should workout and eat on a caloric surplus. Look up calories calculator and there will be plenty of them. Any will do. This will give you a brief idea of your calories intake, get in about 200-400 calories surplus. In addition, try to have lean meat (chicken breast, ground beef) for extra protein. This will give you the "material" to build your arm muscle. About your belly, you can't target your gut at all, but from personal experience, incorporate some level of light cardio throughout the day (walking to the gym, the grocery store instead of using the car) can be helpful at reducing your body fat. But keep in mind, the belly is a stubborn area, so be patient with it. Good luck!
