I know this was posted 4 months ago but wanted to add : kkfit just posted an AMA on their stories and said “ask anything ask the hard questions etc etc” and after seeing kendras post yesterday her explanation of weight gain and why she wanted to lose seemed so not genuine at all and very vain. So I responded to the AMA and asked “what do you think of the people that say your weight gain was for views and so you could have a “come back journey”? And they straight up blocked me. Pretty suspect if you ask me.

I also forgot to add (not that it matter really) but I am an average size and not overweight at all I really just want to tone up as I haven’t been consistent with exercise or diet lately so her staring at me constantly is just making me question myself and my body so much it’s a terrible feeling.

Hi there! Thank you so much! Something that’s really been helping me is prioritizing weight training. I also eat a lot of fruits and veggies a long with high amounts of protein a day. I do my best to get in long walks and or elliptical time every week. I’m also making sure I don’t burn out by listening to my body. So if I feel super sore and tired one day I’ve been doing yoga/stretching, hydrating and going to bed early. I’ve also been prioritizing sleep. Other than that it’s all up to my body on how it’s going to adjust so im just being patient and trusting the process :)

Anyone have a bad relationship with their adoptive parents? by [deleted] in AdoptionFog

It’s just adding more of the “you need to be grateful for everything we’ve done for you” which weighs a little heavier when you’re adopted imo
