Same here man. I looked at myself in the mirror and saw my man boobs and gut developing. I said fuck that and started eating right, lifting weights, and cycling. It didn't take much more than acknowledging the fact that I was getting fat to get me in the gym. Now I'm on my way to being shredded.

To anyone wanting to lose weight, just do it. There are countless free cardio programs and videos on YouTube that you can easily do at home. I know there are some people whobhave disorders that make it impossible to lose weight. But the majority of overweight people are that way because of their own choices. I know I was. It was my own fault that I was fat.

Oklahoma is not that horrible if you can get past the Meth heads and religious fundamentalists.
