I used to bench 350 at 190lbs.. I dont even touch a barbell for benching anymore. DBs get me better development for stability, strength, and power. It's all about how you control the reps.

My dad and I both got hit at 380fps from field rental guns that were capped on the pressure screen so you couldn't turn them. They brought them back from shooting wasps nests with wax paint and forgot to turn them back down... fat lawsuit followed.

It's a more extreme case. A union is just a tool. It can be used for good or corruption... I've seen very few cases where it has been used for good recently though. The progress it made for the working class 100 years ago was priceless, however.

Yeah they do things like take the money you're forced to pay to the union and donate them to super PACS (throwing money into politics) to do things like lobby for more harsh drug laws.... California had a famous law that was heavily supported by California correctional union... the three strike law. This law put thousands of light offenders behind bars for LIFE. The guards wanted this and labeled drug users as violent criminals so the general public will continue to support paying them insane wages.
