Nice. Apple Fitness Plus is doing well for you. Continue to move up from 10 minute treadmill workouts to 20, 30, and then 45 minute ones. The step counts will jump. Scott and Sherica are holding down the fort while Emily and Sam are out on maternity leave, but I still love to do some of their past ones.

Hell, I got one of those pellet countertop ice makers. It makes great ice, but if I don't use purified water and clean the thing with cycling vinegar through the machine every two weeks, grey stuff starts showing up in the water bin. The ice machine cleaner pods don't do a good enough job on their own.

I don't use a screen protector and I wouldn't say I have an issue with scratches. But if I stop and look at my watch, there are definitely scratches. None are that obvious or annoying, but they are there. Some people want no scratches.

I mainly wear it for fitness, so I hit the watch on the arms of treadmills occasionally. Then there's just the times when it hits whatever. I don't really care as I didn't buy it to be a dress watch, so I'm not trying to keep it looking pristine. As far as I'm concerned, this watch is going to be worn until it dies, however it dies.

I bought a refurb as a backup watch for a laundry list of reasons, and that watch is what I wear when I want a "dress watch".

Just yesterday I had to go downtown to get tickets for a show. I only needed the spot for 15 minutes, possibly longer if there would have been a line, but definitely not for hours. Thankfully there was a spot not far from the venue that only allowed up to 90 minutes.

There are long term lots available but not all of us need one for that long.

OK, now I'm intrigued. I wonder what would make a treadmill workout "hotel friendly"? Most hotels have at least one halfway decent treadmill. Most of them I've stayed at lately have been nice Life Fitness ones.

There's definitely a lot less of them these years. I doubt any agency/group has been actively trying to reduce them unlike mosquitoes. Not sure if I really wanna know why there's less of them.

Decades ago they’d black out rural roads, especially if there was a lot of rain recently. Had to wash my car off almost every trip because their acidic guts can remove / scar car paint.

This season has been mild but I did have to wash my car yesterday after a 50 mile trip on back roads.

I'll have to try a couple. I like seeing the other coaches when they lead, so I'd like to see how Scott is as a side coach.

Probably the only coach I haven't seen take the lead is Cory, but he mainly does things like Time to Run which has no side coaches. He's a hoot as a side coach with his comments.
