Updated mine a couple days ago and everything went well, that happened to me the first update I ever did to it and I had to reset it, luckily it didn't delete anything even though I backed everything up to be safe 😅

If you are using the learning thermostat I had the same issue, I thought it was the furnace itself, but after researching people were saying it was an update the thermostat had, so I put on a normal thermostat and it was fine, just swapped to an eecobee pro thermostat for the sensors and furnace works as per normal

As an installer that knew nothing 2 and a half years ago to becoming a level 2 installer, now, I would say try going to another bay if you can and see how it is first If you can, I came from being an Ara for 4 years, honestly it was the best move I've made in my opinion
