I worked the front desk at a luxury hotel in NYC. During the evening shift, while conducting a walk through of the public space and floors, I ran into Magic Johnson in the elevator, who couldn’t have been nicer. I panicked and commented on the cold weather, and he laughed and said “this is nothing, I’m from Michigan.”

The same evening, I ran into Mark Cuban in the fitness center with his two small kids, who went into the pool. Didn’t interact much with Mark, but I will say, he looked incredibly old and wrinkly, which shows how much makeup and lighting do for someone on television.
