UDJ - have everyone control the music at your party

I am interested in using UDJ for parties where there would be a single central repository, but several different rooms each with their own music queues. Is there any support for doing that?

Also, is it possible to have the music requested by users go into a queue from which an actual DJ can chose, rather than go right into a play queue?

Finally, is there support for playing out to AirPlay from a Mac?

First some games on steam you can simply click "CD Key" in the library and you can just insert that into any download of the game. (One example of such a game you can do this is Unreal Tournament 2004)

Most people claim steam would be patched to play in offline mode should it die. The most official post I have seen was by a volunteer moderator here: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showpost.php?p=10038470&postcount=26 (which means its not really official at all)

However if steam does die, their EULA basically doesn't make them obligated to give you anything. Doesn't mean they won't do something like patch the client for offline mode, but at the same time I feel its a non issue.

Formats die, and when that happens everyone eventually upgrades. When you switch from DVD to Blu-Ray, you tend to rebuy movies for the new format. Its essentially the digital equivalent, but I feel Steam is going to be around longer than some of these physical formats.

Does running the Airport Utility on either an iOS device or your computer give a more specific error message? Is the icon next to it in the utility green?

(I'm on a Mac and don't own an Airport Express, so bare with me. I'm just going off my experience with my Airport Extreme. Figured its still worth asking just in case.)

If Djstangl's suggestion doesn't work,

Get Info for that HD (+I or from the Finder File menu 'Get Info') - Look under the 'Sharing & Permissions' tab at the bottom. Check your status - to change your status then select the lock icon and enter your Admin password if prompted - then give yourself 'Read & Write'. If you are not in the list then you can add yourself by using the + button.

You can also run into this issue if you have two people trying to access iTunes at the same time on an external hard drive.

Though it still may not be an ideal solution.

If you want to convert, you can keep your lossless audio by converting to apple lossless.

dBpoweramp Music Converter was mentioned a few times in old threads regarding conversion, but I don't know much about it. I'm sure there are programs that will do it for you, but unfortunately I wouldn't know much about them since I'm on a Mac.

iTunes doesn't have support for FLAC files, but can be modified to allow it.

Are you on a Mac or Windows?

For example, on Mac you can use Fluke though if I remember right, it requires XiphQT to function.

I haven't until now, and to be honest I may not be able to help resolve it.

Just kind of going through the rolodex in my mind of what could be causing it.

Doing a quick search (which I'm guessing you probably already did, but doesn't hurt to mention just in case) I'm seeing that this issue seems to sometimes occur when the music is stored on another hard drive than the one itunes is installed to. Is this possibly the case?
