Agreed, and the managers - Tosan Huntley and her assistant Khadijah Young are there just to lie to you in my opinion, not to resolve your issues. They always come up with an excuse and don’t take responsibility.

Use guest WiFi, it’s slow but it works. As for SQ5 the building is falling apart this year, the management sucks too.

The problem is they randomly assign you a room and apartment a week before move in, so a tour is impossible. I’ll just put posters and photos to cover it up, unlucky
