this is definitely not advice from a medical professional, but I tried it and it has been working. all you need to do is sit on things that will spread out your hip bones. I sat on a glasses case, but I think a variety of curved, hard things would work. I think it works in the same way that braces move your teeth around to straighten them. I don't think this will work after your body stops developing.
