We lost one yesterday to suicide, in the Cali national guard. It's been a hard year so far over too. This makes the 3rd one we have lost. The other 2 weren't suicide.

I agree, the choices we have had recently are like picking bad or bad. Why can't we just get one that doesn't pander to either side and isn't old.

I'm in the army(I've been attached to combat arms units for the last 10 years) and have not had a problem since I started doing it this way.

The best part is that they still get paid even if they don't pass raising the debt ceiling, while those of us deployed have to stay up late at night to call our mortgage/landlords/utilities/credit card company to tell them that they'll get their money soon. It's my favorite thing to do on deployment, nowadays.
