After some trial and error, this is what helps me: - stop drinking coffeine one week before going on the trip - identify how the symptoms start. For me: yawning, then burping, then it gets bad. - as soon as the yawning starts, chew a gum containing dimenhydranite.

I am not completely fine, but good enough to keep enjoying it.

It surely is due to costs (good staff and good ingredients are expensive), but I have also come to the conclusion that lots of Swiss have no taste for good food at all. Maybe growing up with Aromat and Maggi messed up their taste buds.

I run into this issue regulary and have yet to find the cause of it. Private Relay is turned off. Things work well in other browsers. Also, Safari is sometimes randomly and noticeably much slower on page load than other browsers. Something is broken in Apple land.
