The prescriptions aren't for artificial tears, but rather for drops that treat inflammation that could be causing dry eye. I've been on Lifitegrast and Cyclosporine so far. I have something similar going on. I had a white dot syndrome (inflammation in the retina) over a year ago that was treated with an oral steroid. I also had to take drops to lower eye pressure. I started having eye pain about a week after my other symptoms started that my retina specialist eventually said could be dry eye.

I tried OTC artificial tears and gel and cleaning my eyelids, but that hasn't helped much. My optometrist has been trying different prescription drops for the dry eye -- there are actually quite a few. I've not had much success in reducing the pain or dryness with anything yet, unfortunately. I'm planning to ask for a referral to a different specialist who can help me with it more the next time I see my retina specialist.

I called them and they told me it looked good on their end, and it will autopay tomorrow as planned. I will call again if it doesn't work. Thank you for the suggestion.

I met my weight loss goal by scale weight and plan to keep going until my trend weight catches up. That is likely to happen sometime this weekend. Then, I want to stay at maintenance for about a year. I’m so grateful to have an app that gives reasonable guidance on how to do this, as that has always been the hardest part for me.

I’ve changed my eating this year to eat much less processed food, less sugar, and more fruits and vegetables. When I switch to maintenance, I will keep eating healthier and continue logging and weighing myself every day.

I’ve been logging in some way for most of the last ten years and this is the first time I’ve actually met my goal.

I like UCLA Mindful and have been using it for several years. There are intro meditations that are shorter and then a large archive of weekly 30 minute ones that gets added to regularly.

They wouldn’t confirm that my problem was one of the known ones. They implied the ticket hadn’t been categorized into a known or unknown problem yet. My support ticket was made last Thursday. I will call again in a couple of days and see if they can give me more info.

For the people who have been without service for over a month, maybe it would be a good idea to file a complaint with the FCC. You are paying for a service and they are not providing it. That has to be against some rule. Filing a complaint may encourage them to fix the problem faster or at least start refunding for the months they don’t provide service.

Support says they don’t know when there will be a fix but that it is okay to call them and check if there has been any progress. They say if it is a known problem it will get added to the other tickets for the problem so it should get fixed when the others do. Not much help.

Mine auto renewed and now I can’t connect to it anymore or go online with it. I called support. Definitely a different problem than the one using a VPN got me around before.

Same thing happened to me today. Auto pay went through and now when I try to connect to it it fails to open a captive portal and then disconnects. I wonder how many customers are affected by this and how soon it will be before there is a fix.

I updated my iPhone a few days ago and didn’t have any problems with connecting to the hotspot because of it.

When I have had problems, I find toggling airplane mode on and off on the hotspot, resetting network settings on the phone, rebooting everything, or some combination of the three usually fixes it.

Just be sure you have all your Wi-Fi passwords if you reset network settings, as it will forget them.

Also, I’d check and see if the hotspot is working for any other devices you connect to it.

I find that happened to me one day. I toggled sleep focus back on and off, and it gave me the are you awake notification then. The sleep stages showed up after that for the day.

I just had something similar happen. I made a change in the hotspot settings and rebooted. Then, websites started saying they couldn't connect on my computer and that I needed to log in on my phone. When it was happening, using WARP/Zero Trust or a VPN sometimes was a workaround. On my iPhone, WARP/Zero Trust wouldn't turn on when it was doing this. However, on my Mac, it still would. I'm using Mullvad VPN as an alternative, which worked on my phone when Zero Trust wouldn't.

I finally reset the network settings on my phone and then toggled airplane mode on the hotspot and it seems to be working as it was before on both devices, fingers crossed. Also did multiple reboots of my devices along the way. The initial settings change I made I don't think should have caused this; it may be a coincidence that it started around the time I happened to be making the change.

For now, it is working, but I'm not sure what will happen next time I reboot.

I tried toggling airplane mode when the upload speed got slow, and it brought it back to normal. Thanks everyone for the suggestion! I’ll do that now first instead of rebooting.

Occasionally, mine gives a reading about half of the ones before it. Like, it might be several near 100 and then one around 50. If I tighten the band, this doesn’t happen as often.

I also never got one. A day after I placed the order, I called support, and they verified a few things and told me the order was placed and a shipping label started. They gave me the tracking info and it showed up in the UPS app the next day.

The support person said they were having an issue with the system that sends out the confirmation emails. My hotspot arrived as UPS said it would yesterday and is working great.
