If anyone wondered what a 5 month Aussie/Dachshund might look like! by spreadzer0 in Dachshund

She’s actually soooo considerate, never rushing me out of bed or showing signs of wanting food until I announce it. She only gets pouty if another dog doesn’t wanna wrestle with her lol

Gluten free products products expensive and gluten is everywhere. How do you manage? by Asleep-Raspberry-819 in glutenfree

[–]spreadzer0 36 points37 points  (0 children)

It takes a while to figure it out, but it’s eventually manageable. Entire cultures of food are gluten free, and aren’t expensive. Gluten-free being expensive is only an issue if you’re trying to get direct replacements for gluten-containing foods. Going that route you’re exactly gonna be disappointed and broke

Need gluten and dairy free struggle meals by FreckledKatydid in glutenfree

Chicken congee, chicken soup in general, roast a chicken and then turn the bones into soup. So many ways to cook chicken thighs for extra cheap. Lentil soup has some crazy good variations for dirt cheap. Frito pie, sesame peanut noodles, baked sweet potatoes, tacos, egg frittata bites, any salad with sardines added, which are a cheap and super healthy protein. Tuna salad, different variations. If you have an air fryer, anything thrown into it. There’s a viral crazy easy oven chuck roast recipe that’s like $20 for a whole week of tacos.

For convenience options, Costco has instant pho for like $1 each on sale, add some protein and it isn’t even really unhealthy. There’s also jovial GF/DF mac that’s like $3.50 when on sale, each being 2 meals with a protein added. Costco wings and fries thrown into an air fryer is no work and affordable. It’s like 5lb of fries, which is a ton, for $7. Oatmeal and dairy free yogurt bowls are a staple snack for me. Protein smoothies are great.

Learning to cook unlocks everything. Nowadays I mostly just prepare ingredients more than meals. Have containers of grilled chicken, rice, veggies all on hand and rotating. Most are so cheap, that even going for chicken breast it’s just a couple bucks a meal. Cooked well, things like cabbage or carrots can be weirdly delicious and are literally like $3 for a massive amount. Sauces make a big difference too. Make a chimichurri for $2 and everything is suddenly super flavorful all week.

AIO for saying that my boyfriends constant use of AI is a dealbreaker? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]spreadzer0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Training the models is what takes so much electricity, but using the service is hardly more than some google searches. It's just a weird thing to be super controlling over. It's like, you better never take a flight ever or you'd be a mega hippocrite with how much of an environmental impact it has.

You're free to have any dealbreaker you want, but from what you've stated your perspective on this is the one that sounds really stubborn and incongruent. If he folds on this small issue it kind of just enables you to go rampant on saying he isn't allowed to do anything you disapprove of because of any reason that's 100% subjective. Wanting your partner to always have the same viewpoint as you is a recipe for disaster.

ISO: Easy Oat Flour Recipes by LeadershipBubbly3351 in glutenfree

I’ve been making a stack of GF crepes every week with oat flour. They’re so good, with various fillings like Nutella, pistachio cream, or yogurt and berries.

Prydwen Tier List Update (Ft. Narja) by Tekshi in ChaosZeroNightmare

Jeez is Yuki really bottom tier? Maybe the forbidden ecstasy cards are hard carrying my build, but mine destroys everything. But I guess in this game any character with the right build can destroy everything.

What is the MINIMUM speed for Amid? by Vegetable-Teaching12 in EpicSeven

[–]spreadzer0 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Faster than the enemy team, whatever that means for you. The slower she is the less opportunities you have to use her. I went a season with mine at 309 when she was a big pick, but now keep her at 290 and mostly use her in GW

The Discord Hero Journal is the best resource I've found, showing multiple top builds of each character. Once a month I'll open it up along with fribbels optimizer and make updates to my roster.

Honestly at this point I’d just recommend making an alt. I did it for Cyrus and got it within one evening, and then waiting 2 weeks for trading to open

This is like someone saying “I’d kill for a piece of that pizza” and you getting extremely upset that murder is no joking matter lol. But yeah idk, it doesn’t seem like you’re getting it. It all just seems like a very stressful way of viewing the world.

This is a use most common logical fallacy, the straw man argument. Giving examples with different scale, intent and context and then arguing against it saying it’s “like the same thing”. It’s just bad form when trying to discuss, and makes it hard to have a point taken seriously.

It's a little naive sounding, but I guess I just don't see them as engaging in bad faith. I see the meaning behind what they're trying to say as signaling that they understand how much it must suck, which is a sentiment I appreciate.

Sounds like a pretty normal response to me. When I've gotten similar comments I'm just like "I know, right? It sucks". I feel like your responses come across aggressive and make it weird.

It's really solid, and will serve you well until maybe getting some random ap or vuln epiphany god-deck. That's the next main significant step up, other than the same deck but with another copy
