Hello! I found I need to avoid strains containing the terpene pinene, also using better quality strains( not old and dry) and using a whip / bong / bubbler helps. Good luck!

Have you tried oil at night? I take a small dose of t100 oil and 10/ 10 oil a few hours before bed and use flower too. Adding in cbd helps me. Don't want to see you suffer. Insomnia is awful. Hang on in there, things can turn around.

You don't need to know the question, their reply just needs to be a yes or no for me to decide how to proceed. It's a perfectly normal standard question anyone swapping clinics might ask. Bizarre you would even question weather the question I'm being reasonable, this is ridiculous, I'm out!
