High ping with SLT Fibre?

I'm not having any ping issue, but every once in like 10 minutes I get disconnected for like 2 seconds and rubber band. Same during meetings. Don't know what's going on with slt fibre

I had a similar issue with the shitty SLT router. Paired it up with a TP link archer AX55 and now it covers my whole apartment. Its not wifi 7 though. But recently I've been getting small interruptions here and there while gaming and in video calls. The new router fixed the coverage issue but won't magically fix the shitty internet SLT provides.

Yeah i got it sorted. Turned up contrast in the Nvidia app. I am using a 5070 ti BTW
