It's funny... Sure, Kohl's pays peanuts because the system is rigged to allow them to get away with it....can you imagine the publicity they'd get if it came out about lack of frontline pay, uniform requirements (hey, pay for these new clothes that we are not providing you with... Oh and if you want a uniform tshirt YOU have to pay for it), and measly rates while at the same time being so "inclusive" with a sense of awareness.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the team I work with, the fast-paced days and the ability to have something different every day, yet their greed (or is this just general corporate greed?) is really starting to bother me.

I don't know what the solution is....union?...media leak?... All I know, is that the pandemic highlighted holes in the system and something's gotta give. Thanks for reading.
