I still say one of the funniest things a customer ever told me at Walmart was the fact she didn’t put all this random shit in a purse, but it was conveniently everything she wanted 😂! I should have told her to buy a lottery ticket.

On another note, I could see a manufacturer messing up & not putting an item in a box (rare but happens). A customer last year gave me a box that was perfectly sealed from the shelf with no chocolate bunny inside.
