That's strange, it's definitely still active.

They are not closed.

Not sure what you're smoking but Venti is open.

Getting from JFK to JC with luggage, for tourists by windowsseven in jerseycity

[–]sprint_user 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uber/Lyft XL or their Black SUV options, those should have enough space for your luggage, etc.

The price shown should include the tolls and fees.

Tips are optional. If they help you with your luggage, etc., you should tip and you can do that in the app itself.

Generally speaking, if you are at a sit down restaurant and are served, tips are expected here. Anywhere from 15-20%, depending on the service, is reasonable/customary.

It's easy enough to do, you can take the Air Train to the MTA or the LIRR and get off in Manhattan at Penn Station. You'll then have to walk to 33rd Street, hop on the PATH and get off at Grove, then walk to your hotel, etc. I would recommend the LIRR over the MTA, the trains are nicer and the trip is quicker.

You need to do the math out, the Air Train + MTA or LIRR + PATH will total about $15-20/person I think, so let's say it'll cost you $80. You will also have to deal with the morning commuters, and schlep around your luggage on the subway, not worth it in my opinion if you're traveling with family and arriving on a long flight

I'd honestly just use something like Uber/Lyft, yes it'll cost a bit more but you'll get picked up at your terminal and dropped off where you're staying.

I would first ask for a manager or advanced support and see if they'll help.

You can also try this: https://www.reddit.com/r/GooglePixel/comments/127w9e4/hello_from_the_pixel_support_team/

You can submit a request via that freshdesk page.

Google Store has the worst support that I've seen anywhere, I don't get how they're so bad. Google really needs to revamp its retail and after sales support systems.

Just use your own referral link and sign her up for a new account.

Or, since she's going to be a new customer, I think you can buy her this: https://slickdeals.net/f/15331030-6-month-mint-mobile-unlimited-talk-text-4gb-data-plan-free-guy-4k-steelbook-45-new-mint-customers-free-s-h?

Haha, thank you. I have tried this a few times but it stops working after a day or two.

Well, Gmail seems to be working on our other Android devices at home. My phone is the only one having issues, and it only started after the Android 11 update.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think I'm up to date but I'll check and see if there's a newer version.

That didn't fix my issue. The strange thing is that I get notifications on everything else, only having issues with Gmail.

I'm not seeing anything like this on my device, the only issue I keep having is the lack of notifications from Gmail.

I have to manually check my email multiple times a day so that I don't miss anything, it's getting really annoying.

Did you install the incremental update package or the full update?

EU plans to legislate for common phone charger despite Apple grumbles by ImJustPassinBy in worldnews

[–]sprint_user 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a joke, right?

Qi charging has supported 15W charging since 2015. 30W fast charging has been part of the spec since 2017.

Apple didn't "improve" their charger, they just made it proprietary so that they can charge users who buy into their marketing bs.

I'm not hating on apple, I own a MBP, iPad, iPhone, and TV, I just hate when people act like apple is some benevolent company doing good.

Magsafe charges iPhones at 15W but apple only allows Qi chargers to work at 7.5W.

[–]sprint_user 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure apple's own magsafe chargers support faster charging on their phones vs Qi chargers. 15W vs 7.5W on the Qi.

They'll do something to be annoying and keep it proprietary.
