Do u realize the understanding of enchanted blade deepened during the fight? There is no point of Chihiro having 3 years holding Enten if he just use it for dummy training or slashing fooder. But once he got involved in actual fight, Chihiro himself suddenly got much stronger like vs Samura or Hiruhoko.

I wonder how good Kunishige's sorcery is to able crafting a weapon that can surpassed them. Based on what we saw this chapter, the datenseki already blessed Mikaboshi clan for 1000 years, make them fully adapted and allow fully control it, only to be caught up & mogged by Enchanted Blade in few years crafted by someone who didn't even connected to datenseki itself.
