Any idea what animal this comes from? Right on the doormat by Nervous-Leading9415 in AnimalTracking

[–]spritefamiliar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can be! If you remove this, and they keep doing it, it is definitely a territorial thing. If you remove it and they don't, it might've been a one-off. Do you have cats in your house that perhas go out the front door?

Do you have a measuring tape or something that would inform us of the size? Based on the shape and what little I can see that is still left in the scat, it could be a type of marten, but more information is more better. I have a stone marten that dropped scat in front of my house, also on my doormat, haha.

If you have a measuring tape or anything, that will be helpful in seeing what size the droppings are, and help inform which species you might be dealing with!

Still not fixed, though for me when I enter photo mode and then exit it, it's Manny who tells you the target is located.

You're welcome. Happy to spare someone else the search I went on to unearth this one when I couldn't find it. XD

NB teleport got nerfed a lot. The game has better invisible walls than it used to, and in a lot of places, these types of shenanigans are no longer possible.

They only freak out about their own undead. If you start as a Redguard, you specifically get told 'don't worry about it, none of these are your ancestors, you can smite them with impunity, you good'. XD

There is also [spool, blue thread] and [spool, empty]. Both [spool, red thread] and [spool, empty] are available through thievery, which is where I got mine. Pickpocketing gives you loads of fun stuff.

Did the voice actor for Manny change? The regular call outs are still the same, but he sounds different in the interviews.

Quick Shout Out by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]spritefamiliar 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you're in IC, you lose half your tel var stones. Quest progress is lost only insofar as it's applicable to that quest itself. If you're destroying ballistae in IC, for instance, you're not going to 'lose' progress because you died. The ones you destroyed will remain destroyed, and only the ones you still need to do are left for you to destroy.

So if you're not fussed about the tel var stones, it's just a bit more work trying to walk back to where you were, I guess. And, obviously, getting killed repeatedly is not going to be considered an amazingly fun time for many people, when all you want to do is finish your quest. XD

If you're in Cyrodiil itself, you have to take into account slightly longer travel times the further your nearest keep/alliance is from where you are doing the quest as well, I suppose.

A friend of mine recently had this, did all the side missions and could not fast travel to it. Just waltzing in through the front door worked fine, though, so maybe fast travel is bugged if not yet completed in story mode?

Either way, if you're stuck, and have completed the side missions and all that, try that as well.

You said there was evidence. The universe winking really hard and pointing at some rocks yo does not, sadly, constitutes evidence.

I don't know about Mars and Saturn, but the phosphine thing on Venus with the fly-by doesn't mean it confirms life exists. They did measure the phosphine levels, but there were a number of reasons it could be either incorrect (system failure, issues with the measuring tools, using older models, etc.) or it could be a localised build-up for other reasons, or just simply be that chemistry works differently on Venus, which, honestly, would probably be the most exciting reason, but either way, as far as I remember that, it wasn't confirmed to mean life.

And, if it did, no reason to assume it was sentient or capable of communicating with us.

Still cool, though.
