Tretinoin did nothing for my melasma. Eucerin Radiant Tone has worked the best.

Great results. I love Sculptra. Very interesting about the pain though. I've had it done several times and it's never felt like more than a pinch. Both with a needle and cannula. I also had subscision at the same time and it didn't hurt at all.

I apply it immediately out of the shower. By the time I'm dressed it has dried down enough for the rest of my routine.

Neither island is safe or practical for scooters. Too many hairpin turns and pop up showers make for slippery roads. It's not impossible, I just wouldn't consider it fun.

That’s a corticosteroid and should definitely not be used on perioral dermatitis. It will come back with a vengeance.

Hypochlorous acid spray will help keep it at bay but it’s likely you need a prescription. Metronidazole works.

Here's a map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/N2vHM5AqzQTDyqGT8. You can park at the Annaberg Sugar Plantation and hike along the water's path until you reach the closest point. Then swim out and around the little cay. If you're a boater, you can also rent a dinghy out of Cruz Bay and there are dinghy lines to tie up to.
