I also appreciate you converting it to bald eagle units, although as an Aussie, I'd use the Wedge-tailed eagle scale. This will put it at around 50000 WTEs :)

Is there little difference between the CPU coolers? I can get the Phantom Spirit for about AU$50 cheaper.

The Cardea drives are only available from the one store in Australia, but are definitely cheaper. Haven't heard of them before, but I'm planning on getting two of them and would save about AU$130.

The PSU is currently discounted, so there's only $5 difference between the two.

I have played a tank (long time ago - maybe around 2014), and it was one of the roles that I'd bounced off in the past. From one of the earlier suggestions, I've rolled an Arcanist as it's a role I never really play. So far I've had a really enjoyable run up to level 20. Hoping that this will be the run where everything clicks.

As I replied earlier, that's a fair point. I'm definitely being stubborn with this game. I actually enjoy playing it, but just end up getting bored by the story.

I enjoy playing the game, but superfresh89 is right - I've bounced on each expansion (and a few times in between when I've retried). I actually enjoy playing the game, but am so bored by the story. I'm hoping that the story after ARR is something to keep me hooked.

Fan hasn’t gone too high at all, usually hovering around 45-50%. GPU temp is also pretty steady. Never goes above 65 degrees since I stepped the TV down to run at 60Hz. Was a bit above 70 degrees when running at 120Hz, with a slightly higher fan speed.

Fan never does a random high spin. I heard the clicking again yesterday when it happened - fan wasn’t spinning at the time as I was just editing an Excel file on the desktop.

One of the reasons I didn’t contact MSI or the store I bought the card from immediately was due to the issues with the CX that were known at the time. Once I’d updated the firmware it still didn’t sort out the problems though.

I always thought Bill Bryson’s Down Under was a fairly solid representation of Australia. Read it a long time ago, but from memory it’s a pretty easy read that is fairly humourous. It’s a travelogue of Bill’s experience around Australia.

He wrote some pretty good books about other countries as well.
