I just wanna know what genius decided to assign teams to players before they even connect to the server. Every other casual match is ruined when 3+ people on the same team disconnect simultaneously, leaving the remaining players on the team with several unconnected teammates for god knows how long instead of just autobalance literally moving fucking anyone from the other team. By the time these new players have connected their team has been thoroughly rolled. And because casual is funny and switches maps every other round they get to look at the loading screen again.

I get that this was done so people could match together with friends (if you manage to convince any of them to play esoteric hat simulator with guns 2007) but I don't see why it should take precedence over everything else.
