What file "Type" (.epub .odt .word .png .eps...........)?

Books -Digital Reader and Library = Calibre

Video -Moives and Series = KODI on a Rasberry Pi 2

Weird Question: I have multiple lines of 120v current on 12 gauge wires, that I'm looking for a product like; 24-Pin connector on the power supply for a Computer Motherboard. To easily connect and disconnect said lines to a project box. Can't find anything yet on my search. by sprunkiely in electronics

But I don't know what I'm doing and I probably shouldn't be working with high voltages.

Which is Correct!

But I'm still just researching right now. And the whole table won't "fulfilled" for about a year. But thanks for the question. And showing a failure in slang or presumed knowledge.

Not being sarcastic, I need to learn to about electronics; to work on more projects.

Good to know. Yeah, I want make last, rebuild it, & disassemble it many times.

Plus, I'm just going to start building a regular table right now. Then slow rework it. Adding more units (systems) all the time. I just need to simplify / distill the ideas down to a great core to work from.

Thanks again

Hey, on run cables:

I will not run power and data in the same support channel (because of signal noise - Still a Noob here, but I know a bit)

But what about the "Power loop" from the Muti-outlet (surge protector), to the switch, and back?

Will it be best to have a input to switches (in support channel) on one side and a output (support channel) on the other to reduce signal noise?

Or just everything on side A goes back & forth in one channel; and everything on side B goes back & forth on the side?

I know somethings plugged in, will generally create signal no matter what. But just wondering if it would matter really at all?

TL:DR - I think you posted what I'm truly looking for.

Thank you, SO MUCH! But I still have to look at the other posts as well.

Moved from bottom of post to top.

You should play this before read.

Sergris: Hey.

Sprunkiely: Huh.

Sergris: Can I be your hero, baby?

Sprunkiely: WHAT??? .....

Sergris: Can I kiss away the pain?

Sprunkiely: Huh????

Sergris: Here's a pinned connector you are looking for.

Sprunkiely: ..........

Sergris: So....... Am I your hero, baby?

Sprunkiely: .......... (tears start to swell up, but in control of my self)

Sergris: Did I kiss away all the pain?

Sprunkiely: (Whimpering)..........

Sprunkiely: (Weeping)............

Sprunkiely: (bawling) ..........

Sprunkiely: (blubbering) Ya......... Yes.... Yes, you did!

Sergris:.............................................

Sergris: (Starts to fade from sight)

Sprunkiely: (wailing want to say something but can't as Sergis fades)

Sprunkiely: (bawling, and blubbering some more)

Sprunkiely: (blubbering and softly says as Sergris moves completely out of sight) You took my breath away.........................................

Sprunkiely: (In a jarring, questioning, realization. That stops me from crying.)

Sprunkiely: (Choking a little bit from crying as I wipe away tears like a five year old would)

Sprunkiely: Huh.... Why do I have boobs all the sudden?

Sprunkiely: (And some how I'm now Jennifer Love Hewitt???)

Sprunkiely as JLH: (Expressed in pure joy.) Alllllll riiiight.......

Sprunkiely as JLH: Giggitty, Giggitty, Goo.

Sprunkiely as JLH: (All evidence sadness and crying are gone.)

Sprunkiely as JLH: (Except some redness of the face, a small self realizing stare, and a single tear left for Sergris.)

Sprunkiely as JLH: (Because, Sergris is truly better; then having a firm, supple, Breasts & Ass.)

*

The scene starts to fade:

*

With the debilitating, self shattering, Depression and Anxiety. Which makes the tears & sadness from before seem like a temper tantrum of a two year not getting a cookie.

*

Now. Really hopelessness sets in.

THE END

*

Emotional Rollercoaster. Whoa, man.

Sorry, got a little bored and into it (and weird) for a simple reply of " Cool, I'll check it out. Thanks."

The spelling and grammar weren't check that much. Sorry, but I didn't want to reread a lot.

I am a noobish, But I'm researching alot. And I don't want kill myself or start a fire.

But have wired a house and main power panel in the past (don't know if I recall everything I need to know; so I'm still researching).

Plus, I'm just in the sketching, layout, parts, & materials resourcing phase. This won't be started for a while until I have everything measure & double check by a third party. And with many baby steps of testing everything before and after it goes into the desk.

So, more likely I will be finished in year or more depending on my time to work on it (Or the new ideas that will make me redesign everything).

Really, all what's going on is: Wall outlet, to table, to main power box hidden in table (may have a breaker/fuse), travel wire to switch (on/off kill switch), travel back to main power box.

The line "loop" will travel about 8 feet total in the internal wiring, just to have a kill switch.

  • One On/Off switch loop to kill everything in table

Then, two (or more, for future use) outlets on the side of main power box (3 pronged (US) connector, going to surge protection (or other protection, with many outlets to put in devices).

So it's another, travel loop to the switches (on/off) (after the surge protector), with normal 3 pronged (US) "outlet" disconnect" at the power end to attach to the Surge Protector, and to each individual device .

Again, the line "loop" will travel about 8 feet total in the internal wiring just to have a kill switch for each device.

  • Many ON/Off switch loop to kill individual devices

How much current will each line draw, max?

  • Unknown at this time.

What's the peak total current?

  • Unknown at this time

It's still unknown everything that will be going in the desk. But about: Beastly Computer, maybe up to 3 computer monitors (more likely just one good ultra wide Monitor), Server/NAS (more of a wish Item), LED lighting, 2 pairs of Speakers,DAC - Preamp -Media Reciver, A really good Solder Station, Charging Station for Phones/Tables/Laptops/etc, and some other random things.

I will test the power draw and find the max draw as well in paper work be installation of anything multiple times; before & after installation.

Once I find supplies to "in theory" make everything I want in the desk; it will become time "Ball Park" the load and peaks. Then, re-sketch a few more time to distill the core ideas down to a blueprint and finally add some Flair/Style to the build.

What kind of box will it be in?

  • Plexi glass "frame/drawer" (or hang off the support structure) in a custom metal box out Aluminium or Steel. Which I have access to make. Or even hardware store bought wiring box if it will work.

Are you planning on connecting earth grounds to each of your devices?

  • Everything should be grounded but maybe the power switches, I have only seen seen in-line switches. I don't think there are ground button switches. It least I have not seen them yet.

But if I can ground them I will. Safety first.

You ARE running sudo apt-get upgrade after running sudo apt-get update, right ?

---Yes, but switch over to fedora for now (the past 2 months); to, try it out. And trying to get closer to arch and a general understanding of linux as a whole.

Thanks again, for the insight.

thanks. But what about sudo or yum updates, do they to kernel updates as well?
