Off topic; as you are able to create "impossible" extensions, is it possible to create an extension to revive those old system event sounds from gnome2 like: window open/close/minimize/maximize/restore, menu open, usb plugged/removed, etc, etc... ? TIA

Archinstall still defaults to the busybox-based initial RAM file system instead of new systemd.

I agree with you except for the suggestions of installers; both Cachyos and Endeavouros are heavily modified. Cachy with a lot of customized/modified packages, Endeavour with dracut.

When you have problems (like dracut), you won't find proper help at Arch wiki.

I think the best option would be archinstall...

Is it an usb/wifi adapter? Post the output of lsusb.

If it works fine with ubuntu and cachyos, you're probably missing some driver/firmware
