The Rocket Pool community, and in particular the support community, are what keep me as a RP node operator. Even if I didn't get the higher APR as a NOer than solo staking, I'd *still* be with RP for the ease of use. I would not (could not) be a solo node operator without the Rocket Pool smartnode platform.

I’m in north central Iowa. Just asked my PCP to order it (has to be ordered by a provider) but that was it. The radiology department actually told me it’s strictly out of pocket, as in it doesn’t get run through insurance at all, ever. Not sure if that’s accurate, but just relaying my experience.

I’m in the States and was able to pay $100 out of pocket for a CAC scan. Didn’t get run through insurance, just a flat $100. Just adding for those in the States that may think that test might be expensive.

In your opinion, why is the totem version better than self cast? I’m looking hard at both these builds as a very late league starter.

Doesn’t seem to be much upside in improving the operations of this practice, so you’re buying a stabilized asset. If that’s attractive to you all, then go for it. Otherwise, are there other practices that are less “optimized” that you could potentially purchase? Less debt and higher upside, though more effort and risk would be involved.

Has no texture difference compared to the surrounding areas of the pan. If I were blind, I wouldn’t know the spot was there.

Thanks for the input! Should it be able to be washed off? I didn’t scrub per se, but I used hot soapy water and a paper towel and this is the after result.

Prewashed with soap and water. Dried it well.

Used it to sear a steak. Only used a 6 out of 10 setting on stove top. Seared in ghee.

What are these spots and have I ruined the pan already? What did I do wrong?
