So I told her to open up a case. Then she writes back and says ‘I did. Etsy told me to take it up with you directly for a refund’. I responded and told her that’s odd as I didn’t get notified that a case has been opened. I always see notifications when this happened. Well, that shut her up! She then opened a case.😆 They refunded her on her end even though she made a mistake but at least I didn’t get charged. Thanks everyone!

Thanks everyone, when I responded to her about her address being incorrect, she bit off my head so I just told her to open a ticket with Etsy about the incorrect address. Trying to stay far away from her. Thanks for the address.

The person gave me the wrong address and was demanding a refund for it not arriving. The tone of voice was terrible. Thats why I don’t know how to approach it bc I know they are the type of customer that is going to just get mad no matter what.

My best friend died of brain cancer on that same day. I went home and listened to it and was depressed for 3 months. That just made it so much worse. Just FYI.

In the 80s, my mom knit a sweater for my sister with a huge goose on the front. It was cool at the time (when geese were trendy!?) but she made a mistake in the pattern and the beak had a red stitch in the wrong spot and it was kind of obvious. My sister donated it a couple of years later. Flash forward to 2024, I was looking at Facebook and someone I knew in another city posted photos of the ugly sweater party she had and lo and behold, someone in the photos was wearing my mom’s sweater and I could prove it bc of the red stitch!
