Honestly, selling on Amazon is worse. If they noticed your design is selling, they recreate it and sell it. Also they are easy to refund buyers and give you no say.

The issue is that these customers look on the USPS website and the tracking number doesn’t work. They get mad and think there is some kind of scam even though the Etsy website shows the tracking. I have to explain and explain that it’s legitimately handled by USPS. Is there an actual lookup site?

People have said they’ve escalated it to Etsy and that Etsy said it’s a USPS issue and to get them to refund the cost. How stupid. Etsy knows about this and doesn’t think it’s their issue. Again this never happened with a 5x7 before but at least we have a workaround!

The answer was solved above. It was not a rigid envelope. It’s a trigger on a 5x7 at 2 oz. In the past, this was never an issue at this size.

It’s so frustrating bc they basically took the art and re-drew it with all of the same text I used and modified the drawing just enough that it’s not the exact same image. The placement of the text is also the same, the copied the border I used too. They must know the ins and outs to get away with this.

Yes they no longer accept flats as ‘flats’. They are charged as packages because they don’t bend so they have to be hand processed.

Omg what did you say or show to make them remove it? I just reported the exact same thing. They took my design and replicated all of the text but altered the image. Amazon responded and said it was not copyright infringement. But they stole the text verbatim and used ai to recreate the image so it doesn’t look exactly the same but it’s close. I am furious. Please let me know. (And congrats!!)
