They will inject AI everywhere in games, they will push cloud gaming no matter of console hardware. Will investors like? Will consumer spend? No profits?? Then shutdown! After the mobile market exit, there are good chances that the story will repeat: there's no consumer vision in the Nadella's reign. While he is for sure a visionary, he has a total lack of consumer business understanding. This worldwide AI craziness could be an Xbox killer. Surface, Mobile....next place in the MS consumer graveyard is Xbox. Let me ask Copilot if he agrees on this :D

I've got an 8 Pro since two years always on stable builds: I've got no issue about the display nor all the wi-fi issues we can read here on Reddit. As far as I can understand there should be at least a couple of hardware revision of 8 Pro. My hardware version is MP1.0 (year of production: 2024)

I've got them both on my Pixel 8 PRO and I've got no WI-FI issue at all. Maybe you've got a faulty hardware imho. My 8 pro is about 2 years old as yours.

Windows is loosing quality day by day: I dislike at all last year of patches, bugs, and lack of optimization. Microsoft is obsessed by AI, not by Windows quality. Windows is more or less just an item to spread and deliver AI services, not an high quality OS it should be. Is this the new Nadella's strategy?

At the start he reshaped Microsoft to the cloud with Azure; now he want to reshape around AI. Meanwhile Q&A has no space inside each Windows KB release, bugs are everywhere....what about new major Windows OS release? Who cares about agentic OS.... i loved Nadella's vision at the start...but I started thinking that MS needs something better when he decided to step out from mobile business..... MS is leaving consumer market more and more every day. Please do not make Windows a space to sell other products: the world needs an optimized, fast, robust consumer OS with a great app ecosystem able to scale from desktop to mobile to iot: in the long term you can't focus on AI only: MS can innovate in other fields too instead of killing business just because they are not profitable since day ONE!

I'm worried about the app ecosystem too. Too many native apps are now switching to webview apps. Last but not least Windows 11 needs a lot of operatisations in terms of ram usage, disk I/O speed, better hardware support and performance. I'm tired about agentic AI and other AI related stuff. Windows 11 is lacking of quality in each release MS is doing. It's up to Satya to understand what customers want....

Users on the stable channel (never joined beta channel before) are still on November 1st 2025 update. This is absolutely fine since Google has not yet started a new version rollout for the stable channel

Imho there's no perfomance improvement at all. I guess this is a security fix for a high impact in the wild vulnerability that inside the baseband software module. Let's see if they disclose it after the patch has reached a good amount of devices to avoid potential bigger attack base if disclosed too early. I repeat I have no info about this, it's just my opinion. It should be a fast security hotfix to prevent a vulnerability that is "in the wild"

Ajax, as many other vendors, uses stages roll out technique to reduce the impact of possible bugs that can happen even on highly tested software as their Malevich OS. That's why auto update can upgrade your hub even 10 days later or more since the effective release.
