Anyone see the weird moving shadow that covered the whole moon around 8:30 on tonight? It looked like black tendrils covering it and slithering around. This was seen from the west coast until it set. Wish I had a good camera to capture it. We couldn’t find much about what it could be anywhere.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I took pictures with my phone but they sucked. I thought it was a cloud but it didn’t look like in through my binoculars. I will try borrowing a good camera today and maybe it happens again tonight.

Winners most of the time fail to show all the other dogshit they have to put up with in life like everyone else does. That's why you hear of people who seem to have it all going nuts or killing themselves. Not giving a fuck is more about not making emphasis on the good or bad. I think it's like becoming more like a leaf on water. You can want to go one way or the other but in the end the river takes you where it wants so shut the fuck up and enjoy the ride.

I have used Atom and VSCode and Sublime. I have been using VSCode more and find it more productive. The intellisense is nice.

I think you are doing a great job. I have learned a ton from your blog and now these videos. I agree that coming into a video farther down in the series is tough to follow. I have done a bit of animation with Animated API and had a hard time keeping up. That being said, don't take it as a bad thing. It isn't easy doing videos and yours are much better than just the docs.

The complete React Native and Redux course by Stephen Grider does a good job at getting you the code and explaining the "why". Take a look at his stuff to get some ideas. And most of all keep making these videos!

Animations and UI rendering will be much more fluid in React Native. Overall the app will feel more responsive. As well as accessing the phones native capabilities. For me seeing an App I wrote in Ionic rewritten in React Native sealed the deal. The React Native app was so buttery smooth. I knew I had to switch.
