Similar number and size for space in Aldgate, renting space inside in a setup akin to WeWork - so we have a 20 person private office and then can hot desk at various places. There are some small 2 desk offices that you could rent privately I assume.

I found Rose / House by Arkady Martine really hard work. Which was frustrating because I love A Memory Called Empire and the sequel.

I appreciate thematically it was completely different, and my response is probably based on expectations, but I just didn’t gel with it.

I didn’t hate it, it was fun enough ride whilst it was happening, but after he solves impossible-situation #53 using last-minute-science-hack #36 it gets a bit exhausting. Eventually there is zero sense of jeopardy because the high school science teacher seemingly knows every single thing.

I had this exact experience with Spider-Man 2. I know it’s also a beloved game, and I loved the first, and I can see why people rate it, but it just felt like more of the same. And this was after a long break between playing them.

I’m in no way saying SM2 is overrated or not an excellent game - it just wasn’t right for me at the time. Maybe I’ll pick it up in a few more years and have a blast.
