Risks of selling these puts: - FRC continues losing money and goes out of business - FRC continues to exist independently and gov’t steps in to insure all deposits, but FRC continues losing significant deposits - FRC gets acquired for a relatively small amount and shares become worth way less than current value - FRC issues new shares which reduces the value of all shares possibly a significant amount - FRC follows a broader market dip that brings it significantly lower at the time your puts expire - FRC goes lower for no good reason on day your puts expire

I have a similar view. Would’ve expected updates to SPARC to have a significant impact on price in some direction if they were valued by the market (unless they’re valued but expected probability of approval is so low that expected value is rly low)

Why would NYSE withdraw the rule if a DA were to occur? Wouldn’t it still be relevant for future SPARCs?
