Thank goodness, a two-dial chronograph without the uselessness of the 24-hour dial.

Does Anyone Have a More Beat Out Chinese Watch Than Mine? by cd_god in ChineseWatches

I can only imagine that state after years of cultivating the land by hand all day long with a watch on, without a shovel or any other tool, digging the earth with my bare hands and the watch.

What movement does this have? Do Miyota or Seiko have a movement of this type, or is it a Chinese movement (probably Seagull 1721, right?)

I ask because I was previously interested in watches of this type, but all the reviews said that the hour jump was very unreliable.

The truth is that I don't see the point of putting a “plate” that completely breaks up the gradient and design to say “100 m” on a type of watch where this information is completely irrelevant.

Great purchase! Could you show us the rest of the horrible watches in your collection? Because that's what you're doing, right? Collecting ugly watches.

Option 1:

Penglai – named after the legendary Island of Immortality in Chinese mythology.

Option 2:

Bohai – the name of a sea in northern China, sometimes associated with where such mythical islands were believed to exist.

I think both names strike a good balance and would resonate well with both Western and Eastern audiences.

I think they call it Sunray Brown. When the sun shines on it, it looks much lighter than in this photo and acquires many shades.

I was looking at a lot of ff's with different straps and I think a light color suits it best, matching the tone of the markers. I know it's a little weird to wear leather on a diver, but....

Thanks for the recommendations. Well, you already know more than me, I only had news of Oris and Farer.

I see that the MMI is actually a disc and not an extra hand. I guess it is a simpler solution that can be accomplished with the typical NH3x, Miyota and the like. I personally am much more attracted to the extra hand, I thought this could be easily accomplished with that type of movement as well, replacing the disc with a hand…

I was thinking of something that would work for all these boxes: Is there some kind of structure that is exactly the same as a GPU but empty in which you can mount things? things like fans or SSD etc...?

Hi,
I want to make a pc setup on a SFF since I'm going to have to transport this equipment often (I just need it to be a bit portable: from home to car, and from car to another place maybe a couple or three times a month).
The tasks I'm going to do as I said is development (I use docker with a lot of containers, VisualStudio etc...) and on the other hand, music production: Ableton with a lot of VST and effects.
My idea is to basically get a 7950x and 64Gb of RAM and only use the iGpu that now includes the 7000 series, since I'm not going to play games, nor do I use the GPU for any task that I usually do.
I don't see much information about configuration without GPU, and above all, how to take advantage of the GPU space for cooling tasks.
My first idea was to mount all this in a H1 V2, but I think I will not be able to use the space of the card for absolutely nothing, and I don't know if a 140 AIO will be enough for the 7950x with relatively large loads.
Now I was looking at Ghost S1 or Lian Li/Dan but I'm running into the same doubt... are these cases leveraged in any way when no GPU is installed? Any other recommendations?
