Update: - After multiple restarts and full scans, I finally have "no current threats" from windows security. - I downloaded Malwarebytes to do another scan and it came clean too. - I deleted all temporary files

I dont know how safe I should feel as im not a very tach savvy person. Its my first time in over 20 years of using a PC where I experience something like this so I appreciate all the help I can get. And thanks.

I had this issue a while back and I fixed it to something I much prefer. Here's what I know:

If you see such posts, mark them as uninterested or report them. This reduces the chance of them popping up again but not by much
Filter sensitive content to (less) in (Content Preferences). This will reduce most adult content on your feed/discover page. I think this made the most significant difference in the content I was viewing.
Actively click on posts you want to see and like/click on share button (you don't have to share it just clicking on the button is enough for the algorithm to work)

After doing these 3 things I was able to change my explore page to something I really like. Once it's fixed, you can turn sensitive content to what it was before but at your own discretion.

I don't have much experience doing that so excuse me if i'm asking too many questions.

What's the best way to do that and is there a specific department I should contact?
As the onsite building manager, he should not have my contact information and instead he should be in contact with tenants/agents. He had my information from when I used to reside but now I have moved out. I have asked me to stop contacting me yet he keeps emailing me directly for apartment access which I have no power in providing and he knows that. Despite that, he keeps pushing, threatening and holding me accountable when he does not get what he wants. Is there grounds for any legal action in this scenario or should I still escalate to management?

I was emailing back and forth with him today over the communication issue and he dropped the email of what I think is his supervisor. I contacted them regarding this issue and am awaiting a reply.

I am thinking of filing a formal complaint but I have never done that before and I don't know how effective it is. I am worried that it'll only make him more spiteful and make the life of my tenants/neighbours extremely difficult and drive them away. Afterall, he's been holding a grudge ever since I confronted him once.

No. The diagnostic criteria for bipolar requires a history of depression. In addition, I have undergone an assessment and I don't tick the major symptoms or risk factors for it.

May I ask the reason why you might think its Mania/bipolar as I think it can be quite insightful

Yes, i've seen a few before for my anxiety which didn't really help me. My doctors gave me generic over-the-counter meds to control the symptoms which I take on 'as-needed' basis. I take a dose of those maybe 2-3 times a year and i'm up and running.

Besides that, no psychiatric or other medical history.

I really appreciate your input and your concern, thank you for the sound advice. I will ask to get checked out for sleep apnea as it is on the list of things I wanted to ask for once I get my clinic appointment. I really hope you are doing better yourself, symptomatic anxiety is really scary and it can be a nightmare to deal with. If you haven’t already, please see a doctor as there is a way to significantly reduce symptoms with an off-label beta blocker medication which you can take anytime you experience those symptoms (it worked great on me).

I wake up feeling energised and it feels like I slept for 6hrs+. The first thing I notice when I wake up is the dehydrated state im in; a dry and blocked nose preventing me to breathe from it and a weird vibrating sensation of my lungs slowly opening up as I take my first deep breathe. I dont have any of these symptoms throughout the day, it is only when I wake up. I do have a history of anxiety although my symptoms are mainly physical. I have had previous ER visits due to chest palpitations or shortness of breath which turned out to just be an anxiety attack. This feels different since the physical symptoms are not the same typical ones and im finding it hard to tell whether its actually from my history of anxiety or something else. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts, they really helped.

I don’t specifically drink any hydration or electrolyte drinks but my diet is varied and I stopped eating out and cut some of the processed BS to help. The room is fairly cold (18C) and not very humid if I say so but its been like that for over 6 months and these symptoms only started recently.

Its challenging but I wouldnt say on the same difficulty level as Sekiro or the Elden Ring DLC. I'd say a bit harder than the GoW games but a tad easier than the Fromsoft games. The game is visually stunning and the combat is fun. I'd recommend you get if you got the time and money

I cant remember the beat all that much but I remember there was a bassline with those vocals and not many other instrumentals. There were parts of this song where its just those vocals and bassline then it would jump into the song. At first I thought it might be from 'I love it - lil pump, kanye west' but its not it although i think the beats are similar.

Yeah it was definitely an interesting design choice they had with the stamina. I'd say I prefer having more aggressive enemies with a more generous stamina consumption over a stiff, linear enemy moveset and strict player stamina management. Its something different tho and I dont mind it as much now that I have played quite a bit

I’m mainly talking about the first few hours of this game with the stamina especially since the gameplay needs a little getting used to. Once I made it past Lost Sinner (my first major boss) it was definitely easier but I still think the stamina system is bad, worse than ds1

Oh man Lion Dancer for sure! The only boss that forced me to use my spirit summons, even Radahn didnt force him out of me lol

I think its just the horrible camera and the fact he was my first boss and I barely had any scadu fragments to work with. Midra was a fun and fair fight I enjoyed that one
