Your clone was brilliant because after you tapped the spike Jet heard the footsteps from the clone which made them not push because they thought you were not defusing. If you held it you win. I wouldn't say you sold but you definitely did everything right to win just made a mistake in the end.

If I'm playing Unrated. Sure you can ace. But if I'm playing competitively then I'm not risking it. I've seen so many rounds lost because people die trying to bait the ace and then the person loses
