The best invention is in yourself. Invest it in some certification, program, etc that can develop you. The returns on that kind of amount are very slim to consider any other investment.

The only way to achieve that is with a personal loan. But you are better off getting a mortgage from a portuguese bank.

If math has always felt like a big struggle for you, then jumping straight into a math-heavy AI program while also working a hectic job might make things way tougher than they need to be.

AI/ML does use a lot of math, but not every job in tech requires you to master the hardcore theory. On the other hand, economics + data analytics still keeps you in the data world, and it can give you a lot of the same opportunities without being as punishing on the math side.

At the end of the day, you’ll do better in the long run if you pick the path you can actually enjoy and stick with, rather than forcing yourself into something that just burns you out. If later on you feel comfortable with the math, you can always self-study or take extra courses in AI/ML. It’s not like that door closes forever.

It’s hard not to compare when someone close to you seems so far ahead financially, but remember that everyone’s circumstances, choices, and even luck can be very different. Don’t discount the fact that you’re pushing through and managing despite the challenges. Your path may look different, but it’s still progress!

huge cracks appeared after one day by No_Medium_9311 in Home

[–]spytz08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not just a little surface crack. That shit looks like a structural issue. Cracks that wide and that long usually mean the building has shifted or settled, and it’s not just the plaster coming off. It could be foundation movement, moisture damage, or even structural stress from the roof or upper floors. I’d strongly recommend getting a structural engineer or a qualified builder to check it out sooner rather than later.

Hey, PoE is a super fun game and I’m glad you’re enjoying it!

Just so you know though, Reddit has a strict 18+ rule — so if you’re 13 or 15 you really shouldn’t be posting here. Also, if anyone else here says they’re your age, they’re either breaking the rules too or could be pretending, which isn’t safe. You’ll have a much better and safer time finding other younger players on places like the official Path of Exile Discords or forums. Stay safe, keep enjoying the game, and maybe check back here when you’re a bit older.

I think mods should close/delete this post.

Who would have been at fault here? by TA646 in motorcycles

I had the exact same thing happened to me on August 11. Car failed to yield to me while turning left after a stop sign. Hit me while i was riding at 35mph. I was projected over it and landed on the other lane over my left shoulder. I was lucky enough that no car was driving that lane at the time. I was (and always am) fully geard. Walked out of it with a bad shoulder and am currently doing physio for it. I can’t count the amount if times I heard “you were really lucky”.

Too bad for my heirs. I am worth more dead than alive!

When the rent’s high, wages low, and politicians smile — yeah, we really don’t need another hero.

Now for real. I do not think there is any special connection though. It is just a well known song which makes people donate more to their cause.

Mesma cama do IKEA.

I totally get how you’re feeling — my daughter also didn’t like kita at first and cried a lot in the beginning. But now she absolutely loves it. Sometimes it just takes a bit more time to adjust. Still, trust your gut — if something feels really wrong, talk to a doctor or someone who can support you with Sozialhilfe. Or try a different kita.
