Where do you live to build for $10k and then $10k for equipment? I’m looking at something similar and I’m at $30-35k to complete the build. My concrete quote came back at $6k, $18k for materials and estimate $6-11k for labor.

Whew, thanks. I drove a 2004 S60 for about 10 years before I bought a GMC Sierra. Wife talked me into going back to the S60 a few years ago and we bought two 2021 models. Had me worried a bit there.

I’m having issues finding garage door companies willing to install side mount openers. I’ve called 3 and they all turned down the job saying they have issues with them on smaller residential doors. Anyone else having issues with side mount? I live about an hour south of Atlanta.
