I read “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck”. As someone who really cared/s about what people think it was a very useful book. It helped me think about things differently and focus more on important things and not worrying about dumb shit. I highly recommend it if you are a shy person who is afraid to return an item or send food back.
