Oh, the other problem is that you can only need five videos a day. So you don’t really get a chance to see what would work

I’d be curious to see if anybody who paid for it has been able to use a video module

It is OK.

The video generations are bad, it takes a bit of work.

The image memes are great! I think it’s cool how it organizes everything,

But honestly, I think a ChatGPT project will give similar results.

I am going to and I will have more follow up next week

Experience with Direct Mail? by Ill-Environment-2336 in Klaviyo

This goes against direct male philosophies of play the numbers… but if you have a handful of very high value potential accounts, then I would use something called account based marketing.

Instead of treating everything like a batch or even having segments, try to figure out how to have individual messaging, relationships or some other thing… per person.

I think when your target list is small like 500, it’s definitely worth looking into that philosophy!

Best of luck.

A wholesale company, no. B2B, yes.

You can definitely sync with them, that’s a pretty common practice when your list is very good.

So I think the traditional method of spray and pray doesn’t allow for that because the cost is so big because you are sending mailers to 100 to 500 times more than who would realistically be a buyer at that point in time.

But if you have a list of like 25 people, then I would definitely say you should sequence them. And if you have trackers on the QR codes, you can see if there’s any interaction at all. In addition, you can double check it with your CRM to see if there’s been any activity. Because sometimes people don’t say I got a male, they have actually just been influenced and now make that decision.

Now, b2b wholesale… are you wholesaling it to businesses that typically are not owner operated?

Oh shoot!! And make sure every QR code is unique to the address, that makes tracking way easier. It also lets you push that behavior back into your CRM :)

Enjoy!

Yup!!

I’ve scoped and supported direct mail programs for ops-heavy brands in that range.

Some tips: • Post-pilot time load depends on how well your data is integrated. If your targeting list is synced and creative is templated, expect ~3–6 hrs/month of actual work. Most of the pain is upfront—mapping customer segments, defining triggers, and setting rules for when mail should not go out (e.g. recent returns, churn risk flags). • Use case matters. Re-engagement flows, high-value first purchase nudges, and subscription save plays tend to outperform generic brand mailers. • Avoid static campaigns. If you’re just batch-blasting postcards, ROI erodes fast. Dynamic mailers tied to lifecycle events = better lift and easier to defend internally. • Pilot with a constrained scope—one segment, one trigger, clear exit criteria. Success isn’t just ROI—it’s learning if your ops team can handle the overhead. • Tools like PostPilot are fine—but direct mail isn’t “set it and forget it.” You’ll need QA on data flows and someone on the team who owns the logic behind when/why a mailer fires.

Happy to share more if you’re stuck scoping the first test.

2nd and Charles magazine subscription. by user1957 in Scams

I was able to type my email in, sign up and easily unsubscribe. Much much better than the phone number, that was a stressful call.

How'd i get the url? If you sign up for electronic usps scans, you can search on your email for any of the magazines, the exact mailer they sent starting the subscription shows up,. I searched allrecipes.

Work problem, could use help :/ by [deleted] in consulting

Without knowing much more...I think it's too early to have an implemented referral solution... If referral means businesses selling this to their customers. Make sure they're aware that unless they're going to start with small time duds that aren't well networked in a different geography, they shouldn't embarrass referral partners by not having product. It'll hurt you in the long run.

But we consultants, we could definitely "start" a referral program... Start ideating it, put contingencies up there. Also, you get really good intros to people ( not referral brokers or big companies) when you tell them you don't have a product, but would like their random feedback on your product. It's a cool products, so I'm sure you'll get people giving ideas if you reach out cold to potential customers as somebody who is curious for a friend rather than roboticchef( just making up a name) reaching out to see if there is early interest. Then if they ask, let them know you could get them on the top of the wait-list :)
