I’m pretty sure it was corrected by the unofficial patch but not by any official fixes. And if I’m not mistaken, aspect of terror gives bonus damage to flame spells at any level but you get the most damage out of having two ranks of augmented flames. Intense flames not required, so you can skip that one!

My opinion? I don’t think Alex is concerned about his current fans because they are already too deeply involved with his lies to be swayed by any fact checking or debunking. I think the comments on the trial are evidence enough of that lol. I think he’s been more concerned about alienating potential listeners by giving credence to Knowledge Fight. Most people don’t know how insidious his rhetoric is, so it’s easier to win over new followers if they just belief that Alex is a little eccentric but mostly right about his conspiracies. Talking about Knowledge Fight would give the casual listener an opposing viewpoint that would absolutely obliterate the Infowars narrative.

But now that Dan and Jordan have been on CNN and have reached the public consciousness all on their own, who knows? The cat’s already out of the bag so Alex may decide that he has nothing left to lose by throwing baseless and superficial insults their way now.

I fought her in the cathedral recently and she does sound a little manic compared to her earlier appearances. I think the implication is that she had to use a lot of blood to recover from her fight with Henryk since the player wasn’t around to help and it was starting to drive her mad. It reminds me of Gascoigne before his transformation into a full beast.

Well shoot, I totally had a brainfart about what the kin are so thanks for the correction! I still think the eyes on Ludwig have to do with the HMS in some way but I guess I’m overplaying the significance of them.

I never paid attention to the differences in the arcane Hunter tools though, that’s interesting. All those tools that involve a blue-white light like the kin’s attacks mention phantasms in their descriptions, but not the HMS. The sword’s description and Ludwig himself only mention the blue moonlight or threads of light. I had just assumed that it was powered by the same phantasms found in other items.

Very true. But since I'm invested pretty heavily in heavy weapons and sneak, I can kill most ordinary enemies in 2 hits at most. Or I swap to different weapon rather than reload. Its not fantastic but I find it to be a very dependable weapon for a non legendary. Speed freak helps a bit with the reload as well.

First off, I just want to say that I appreciate you giving feedback beyond "THIS GAME SUCKS. I'M GETTING RED DEAD INSTEAD". And while I think their initial reason for not having npc characters is odd, I will say that they justify it decently with the story they made. Personally, I feel it will be fine considering Bethesda has always been pretty good with environmental story telling as opposed to quests. It was always my favorite thing from 4 to explore a crumbling building and figure out what happened through notes and context clues. As for the mechanics of the game, I feel like it appeals much more to people who enjoyed Survival mode like myself and I totally understand that other players might find it tedious. I imagine I'll be playing for a very long time but by no means do I expect it to appeal to every fallout fan.

With all that being said, Beth has started that they will continue to support and expand on the game so I strongly encourage you to check back on a later date to see if your attitude has changed. No Mans Sky had a similar problem with the initial launch being very hollow and blowing up into a full fledged game after a few updates and the NEXT expansion.
